Build Something Worth Building

We work with people who want to create businesses that actually matter. Not quick exits or flash-in-the-pan apps. Real companies that solve real problems and stick around.

Our program runs from July 2026 through February 2027. Eight months of focused work with people who've been through it before.

How the Program Actually Works

We've structured this around what actually helps people build ventures. Not theory. Not case studies from companies you'll never meet.

Weeks 1-4

Finding What's Worth Building

Most people skip this part and regret it later. We spend a month digging into markets, talking to potential customers, and figuring out what problems are actually worth solving. You'll talk to at least 30 people in your target market before we move forward.

Weeks 5-12

Building the First Version

This is where things get real. You're building something people can actually use and pay for. Not a deck. Not a prototype that only works in demos. A real product with real customers.

Weeks 13-20

Getting Your First Paying Customers

Revenue changes everything. We focus on getting people to actually pay you. That means sales processes, pricing models, and learning how to have conversations that end in signed agreements.

Weeks 21-28

Building Systems That Scale

Once you've got customers, you need systems. How do you hire? How do you manage cash? How do you build a team that doesn't fall apart when things get hard?

Setting Up for What Comes Next

The program ends but your company doesn't. We spend the final month making sure you've got the relationships, resources, and roadmap you need to keep going.

Who You'll Work With

These aren't consultants who read about startups. They've built companies, made mistakes, and figured out what actually works in Australian markets.

Questions People Actually Ask

Do I need a tech background?

No. About half our participants come from non-tech backgrounds. You need to be willing to learn and comfortable with ambiguity.

Read more about requirements

What if I don't have a business idea yet?

That's actually fine. We prefer people who are open to discovering opportunities over those who are too attached to a specific idea that might not work.

Learn about the discovery process

Can I do this while working full-time?

It's difficult but possible. You'll need about 20 hours per week. Most successful participants reduce their day job hours or have flexible arrangements.

See time commitment details

Is there any guarantee this will work?

No. Building a business is hard and uncertain. We can give you better odds through experience and support, but success depends on your market, execution, and sometimes just timing.
